The FairLife Mark can help you to meet your Consumer Duty and deliver better outcomes. UK Finance blog:
The FairLife Mark is awarded to companies that price honestly and trade fairly with their customers. It is a product-level mark that guides customers to providers they can trust.
Funds raised by the charity are used to promote financial education. The FairLife Mark is available to organisations that commit to promoting financial education such as schools, colleges, universities, charities and NGOs.
THE FAIRLIFE MARK IS UNIQUE
The scale of FairLife is unique. Spanning all areas of finance, including financial education, creates a household name brand with the power to deliver real change. In addition, FairLife criteria can be linked across different areas of finance in a complementary way. Linking product areas gives FairLife an oversight of the whole customer journey, necessary to improve complex outcomes such as the debt cycle. It creates an Umbrella of Trust. Whilst linking fair trading with financial education helps schools to teach and pupils to learn.
